Annual VAULT/BOX Cleaning
Recessed Vaults: Vaults will be opened, and all accumulated debris including leaves, silt, and insects will be vacuumed out. Surfaces will be washed down to clear any residual grime, helping to maintain clean drainage paths and prevent equipment corrosion.
Surface Mount Boxes: Debris and standing water will be vacuumed from the box. Interior & exterior surfaces will be washed to remove dirt, leaves, and organic buildup that may obstruct cover operation or drainage.
Annual System Inspection & Lubrication
This includes:
Checking alignment and tension of the cover for smooth operation and safety. Inspecting all moving parts, including pulleys, sliders, ropes, and tracks for wear or misalignment.
Making necessary adjustments to correct tracking issues, uneven retraction, or slack in the system.
Lubricating critical components such as bearings, drive shafts, and pulley systems with manufacturer-approved lubricants to reduce friction and prevent premature wear.
Verifying motor and mechanism operation for proper function.

Annual FABRIC & TRACK Cleaning
Cover fabric will be brushed clean (Indoor Pools) or Pressure Washed (Outdoor Pools) without damaging the material. Tracks will be flushed to prevent buildup that can cause operational issues. Note: Cleaning may not remove all stains or bleaching from organic materials or pool chemicals.
As Needed Wear parts replacement
Sliders/Gliders, Track Guides, Main Pulleys & End Pulleys costs are at Reduced Rate. Does not include labor to replace.
