Vault/BOX Cleaning: Annual

Recessed Vaults: Vaults will be opened, and all accumulated debris including leaves, silt, and insects will be vacuumed out. Surfaces will be washed down to clear any residual grime, helping to maintain clean drainage paths and prevent equipment corrosion.

Surface Mount Boxes: Debris and standing water will be vacuumed from the box. Interior & exterior surfaces will be washed to remove dirt, leaves, and organic buildup that may obstruct cover operation or drainage.

System Inspection, Adjustments & Lubrication:
Annual

This includes:

Checking alignment and tension of the cover for smooth operation and safety. Inspecting all moving parts, including pulleys, sliders, ropes, and tracks for wear or misalignment.

Making necessary adjustments to correct tracking issues, uneven retraction, or slack in the system.

Lubricating critical components such as bearings, drive shafts, and pulley systems with manufacturer-approved lubricants to reduce friction and prevent premature wear.

Verifying motor and mechanism operation for proper function.

FABRIC & TRACK Cleaning: Annual

Cover fabric will be brushed clean (Indoor Pools) or Pressure Washed (Outdoor Pools) without damaging the material. Tracks will be flushed to prevent buildup that can cause operational issues. Note: Cleaning may not remove all stains or bleaching from organic materials or pool chemicals.

wear parts replacement: aS NEEDED

Sliders/Gliders, Track Guides, Main Pulleys & End Pulleys costs are at Reduced Rate. Does not include labor to replace.

SILVER MEMBERS DISCOUNTS

5% on Additional Cleanings; 5% Ropes/Cables or Wear Parts, excluding Fabrics

Excessive Dirt or Labor Disclaimer:

If a pool cover requires more than 3 total labor hours due to excessive grime, biofilm, algae, or obstruction,
extra labor will be billed at $150/hour. Clients will be notified before any additional charges are applied.

Billing Requirements:

All plans are billed annually before the pool season starts. A credit card must be on file with authorization to auto-renew your plan each year.

Travel Policy:

All plan pricing includes travel up to 100 miles round-trip from the nearest technician hub.
For longer distances, surcharges apply as follows:

101–150 Miles Round-Trip: +$75

151–200 Miles Round-Trip: +$125

200+ Miles: *Custom Quote Required
